WebMy point is, that's three perks for 15 damage. If you're always going in to attack head-on, it'll definately be useful. But otherwise if you're softening them up first with gunfire or using sneak criticals, it's overkill and a waste of three perks. Well I suppose if you play Very Hard setting it'll be handy.
